We offer professional services to entrepreneurs and private persons. We create notices of objection and lodge them on our client’s behalf.  We consult only if necessary and appeal before the courts for customs matters (the douanekamers) and all other courts (rechtbanken en hoven) for tax matters and the High Court of Netherlands (de Hoge Raad der Nederlanden).  We advise forwarders on issues of taxation. Other services are available.

We have experience in complex cases before court.  In one particular case, Dutch Customs issued a claim for over 6.8 million euros.  After profound contention and lodging of notices of objection, notices of appeal and many other legal actions, the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam decided to bring down the claim to 18,000 euros.  What you have to know is that dealing with this kind of complex situations is not just a matter of lodging notices of objection and so on.  We essentially offer support and advice that entrepreneurs need in similar situations.
